WHY DO MY NEW NXTMILE INSOLES FEEL "FUNNY"?
Your new insoles might feel “funny” at first, but after a few days they will have a more comfortable fit as you become accustomed to your new running position. Your insoles should be firm and supportive. The heel might feel too high, but this is normal. The heel is supporting your foot where it is needed. Your previous shoes may not have supported your foot properly so your feet may need time to adjust to their properly supported position.
HOW DO I BREAK IN MY NEW NXTMILE INSOLES?
Try wearing your NxtMile Sport Insoles for up to two hours the first day and gradually add more time each day. If you are still experiencing discomfort that is not improving after a week of wear, remove your NxtMile Sport Insoles from your shoes and contact the store where you originally purchased them. Be sure to save your shoes’ original insoles in case this happens so that you can still wear your shoes.

Depending on your feet, weight, shoes, activities performed and the environment in which the insole is worn will affect how long your insoles last. The average NxtMile Sport Insole lasts up to a year or more.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY NXTMILE INSOLES?
Using a mild soap and lukewarm water, hand wash your insoles. A soft bristle brush will help to remove ground-in dirt. Be sure to rinse well. Excess water can be absorbed with a towel. Air dry your insoles overnight. *Never use a washing machine or dryer on your NxtMile Sport Insoles.
